Is it moral to assist people with disabilities?
This is a tough question, sure, these people have a hard time accomplishing tasks, but who is responsible for their current condition? Lets say that the payment of social security works like jury duty, and it is a random lottery where you have to go find this person and give them money, are you going to be willing to do this? People with disabilities have national institutions to help them, both deaf and blind people have respective technical and liberal arts colleges, so why do we need to assist them financially? What about survival of the fittest, do we really want someone with a crippling genetic defect raising a family of three children and for those children to pass on his defective gene?
I think that just like myself, people with physical and mental disabilities should have to pave their own way. I am not responsible for their condition, so i don't care what their issue is.

three great websites
Aljazeera
Gamefront
Amazon
two of these sites are information based sites, Aljazeera and Gamefront. The great thing about these sites is how easy they are to navigate, they have a non-cluttered appearance, all the sections of the site are found easily at the top of the screen, and they both have a visible search bar at the top. Amazon is the third great site in my opinion because of how easy it is to find stuff, both things you are looking for, and when you are browsing different sections.

Education
Education is one of the single biggest issues in america these days, and it is interesting to discuss. America has become a consumer driven market, and to make money in america you have to sell things to people. The things that are being sold to people come from other places. Which leads the jobs in america to be service based mostly, clerk, doctor, nurse, cook. The only jobs that america has that create things are machinist, industrial design, engineering, and so forth. Look at the jobs in america, look where things are being built, look at how much a worker with minimum training could make only fifty years ago. Is education really necessary, we dont need education, we need to create things that people want if we want money to stay in america.

Middlebury college
Lets take a look at the admissions statistics of Middlebury college, a prestigious Liberal arts school
for 2008-2009
acceptance rate: 20.6%
yield rate: 43.5%
men: 24.5%
women: 17.8%
for 1994-2005
black: 68.5% (average)
I am not trying to be racist, or pick on the black population in any way, but the only minority acceptance rate data I could find was for blacks. is it really fair that a college's acceptance rate for blacks is three times its overall acceptance rate. Any college will tell you this is because "diversity leads to a better learning experience" but how does it exactly.

Which is better, fair or equal? This is quite the controversial topic because it possesses so much self interest when two opposing answers come to terms. Lets take two perspective students interested in technology that are applying to college. One is a middle class white male, and the other is a poor hispanic girl. The male will get very little or no financial help, whereas the girl has many opportunities to get full tuition scholarships from many different institutions and societies, both for being a girl, and for being hispanic. Also colleges will look to get just a bit more minority acceptance rate. I expect that much opinion with this issue and I will face quite a bit of animosity from many different groups. Others may find this interesting because it relates to everyone in the world. I remember the first time I looked for scholarships and told her I felt like I was being discriminated against she said,
"You are a middle class white male, it's going to happen all of your life, get used to it."

Fair/Equal
Now onto the big question, what is better, fair or equal?
lets begin with the definition,
Fair - "free from favoritism, self-interest, bias, or deception"
Equal - "Having the same quality, value, or measure as another"
now, at first glace I automatically choose Fair, because I am a middle class white male, who thinks that people should have to work to achieve their goals.
Please, if you know someone who would have an interesting view on this topic send them here, it would be great to have a good discussion.
